The beginning is the most important part of the work.

I have decided to create a blog of all of the flower pots that I do so I can share them with family and friends who don't have facebook. While that number continues to decrease (welcome to the 21st century dad, facebook is glad to have you!) I realized that many of my friends like what i do maybe strangers on the internet would too.

So here we go, my favorite pot from this fall. Setting expectations high, trust me they don't all look like this. What you may not see in this picture is the mum (right below the pyracantha berries) that exploded a beautiful white a week or so after it was planted.
